Return & Refund Policy
At D&S Essentials, your satisfaction comes first. If something isn't right with your order, we'll sort it out — no hassle, no stress.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
How To Return Your Order
- Reach out to us at contact@dsessentials.nl with your order number and reason for return
- We'll get back to you within 2 business days with further instructions
- Ship the product back to the address we provide
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed straight away
Refunds
You'll receive a full refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, this can take 5 to 10 business days to show up.
Exceptions
Some items can't be returned:
- Products opened for hygiene reasons
- Products damaged through misuse
Received Something Wrong or Damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@dsessentials.nl and include a photo. We'll make it right at no extra cost to you.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case we've got you covered.
